    Hi Mike,
    I hope all is well with you.
    On trust, I paid for your new DVD download, but there was no link sent?

    I have tried to contact the company, but to no avail. I thought there would be a link automatically for the download.
    Also, why would there be a shipping and handling fee if i ordered the download?
